Zahid Tractor is committed to serving customers in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of where they are located in Saudi Arabia. To do this, we have a nation-wide network of branches, providing customers with immediate access to technical support at all times. Each branch includes a demonstration area, machine display area, parts warehouse and a service workshop, many of which are certified as a Five Star Contamination Control facility. Using quality equipment, our trained workshop engineers service, test and repair all types of heavy machinery. 

 

For projects in secluded areas, our Remote Support offers on-site assistance via mobile workshops equipped with warehouses, offices, assembly rooms and training rooms. Additionally, we provide on-site support, at any location, by Zahid’s mobile team of Field Service Engineers. 

 

Using our extensive network and a dedicated Service Information System (SIS), we offer 24/7 emergency parts service, guaranteeing that over 90% of the parts our customers require will be available when needed.

Zahid Tractor is known for exceptional after-sales service, thanks to a dedicated team of individuals who work continuously to keep our customers satisfied. With our own Competence Development Center (CDC), our technicians and administration staff maintain high levels of competence to provide full support to our customers, even training their drivers and engineers.
